Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Profound, you will own end-to-end sourcing and screening across four to five active mandates from high-growth startups at any given time. You will map talent against each mandate, run outbound sourcing using Boolean search and AI tools, screen candidates, and bring them into the Profound assessment call. The role asks for deep Bengaluru startup ecosystem knowledge, strong tech stack literacy, and the ability to pitch both the hiring company and Profound credibly to every candidate you speak with. You will work directly with the founding team and report to the CEO.

Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Profound, you will own sourcing capacity across multiple live mandates simultaneously. You will run twenty candidate conversations a day across four active roles, convert those into completed Profound calls, and own the pipeline end to end. The role asks for Boolean search proficiency, the ability to evaluate technical fit across backend and ML roles, and the hustle to pitch both the role and Profound to candidates who are not yet looking. You will work directly with Saadat, Profound's founding team member leading talent.
