She is Head of People at Emergent, where she is shaping the people agenda for a young AI company operating at significant scale. Her current charter includes raising talent density and building business-oriented hiring systems across sales, growth, and marketing.

At Atlassian, Kamiya helped shape the India and Europe footprint, built regional HR teams, strengthened works council relations, and led global centers of excellence across employee relations, operations, and strategic programs. She later steered AI-driven employee service management and tripled its efficiency.
