Shubham shapes consumer products while the category, behavior, and route to adoption are still developing. At CRED, he leads Circle toward product-market fit through expert conversations. At Swiggy, he built its loyalty proposition and expanded consumer use cases across gifting, corporate ordering, and ordering for others. He keeps acquisition close to product learning, using early behavior to guide what the team tests and builds next.

Shubham builds growth portfolios that connect acquisition channels with product surfaces, lifecycle prompts, and adjacent services. At Swiggy, he owned acquisition, onboarding, cross-selling, and gamification across food, Instamart, and Dineout. At Quizizz, he led product and growth for international expansion while supporting US user growth. His scope joins channel execution with product ownership, allowing growth work to extend beyond a single campaign or funnel.

Shubham leads early-stage work by defining the problem with collaborators, staying close to detail, and moving quickly into execution. Circle makes this visible: performance marketing, remarketing, push notifications, and owned media are treated as ways to learn which users will initiate expert chats. He adjusts the plan from observed behavior and then trusts the owner closest to execution.
