Sahili Totale is a Chief of Staff and operator with a background spanning fintech startups, global investment banks, and entrepreneurial ventures across AI, finance, and consumer products.
She most recently served as Chief of Staff at Mili, an AI note-taking platform for wealth advisors, where she joined as the seventh employee and helped grow the team to 25. She owned marketing, operations, enterprise client relationships, and conference strategy, acting as the operational bridge between the CEO and the broader team.
At Mili, she built the company's conference playbook from scratch, coordinating logistics, booth activation, and a branded happy hour format across five to six events. The playbook remained in use after she left. She also managed the full enterprise sales cycle, taking clients from demo through a structured trial to conversion and ongoing engagement.
Before Mili, she spent several years at Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo in quantitative analytics and portfolio management, and co-founded two consumer startups during COVID.
