Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager at Profound, you will own new client acquisition for the recruiting platform, bringing tech companies onto the product from first outreach through signed mandate. You will identify and reach founders, CHROs, and hiring managers at funded tech companies, run outbound across LinkedIn, cold email, calls, and referrals, manage your own pipeline, and close deals end-to-end. The role asks for a structured approach, warm networks in recruiting, and the judgment to prioritize the right targets. You will work directly with the co-founders and feed product insights from every client conversation back into the platform.

Talent Acquisition Intern

As Talent Acquisition Intern at Profound, you will own candidate sourcing and outreach across active client roles, bringing relevant talent into Profound's matching process. The work spans several searches at once and combines startup research, Boolean sourcing, and candidate conversations. It requires sourcing discipline and the judgment to explain Profound clearly. You will work on-site in Bengaluru with the Head of Talent Ops, who will support difficult candidate and positioning calls.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Profound, you will own end-to-end sourcing and screening across four to five active mandates from high-growth startups at any given time. You will map talent against each mandate, run outbound sourcing using Boolean search and AI tools, screen candidates, and bring them into the Profound assessment call. The role asks for deep Bengaluru startup ecosystem knowledge, strong tech stack literacy, and the ability to pitch both the hiring company and Profound credibly to every candidate you speak with. You will work directly with the founding team and report to the CEO.

Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Profound, you will own sourcing capacity across multiple live mandates simultaneously. You will run twenty candidate conversations a day across four active roles, convert those into completed Profound calls, and own the pipeline end to end. The role asks for Boolean search proficiency, the ability to evaluate technical fit across backend and ML roles, and the hustle to pitch both the role and Profound to candidates who are not yet looking. You will work directly with Saadat, Profound's founding team member leading talent.
