As Lead Product Manager for Rippling Devices, you will own the roadmap for a product that combines device-management software with global hardware operations. Companies use it to purchase, configure, secure, recover, store, and reuse employee computers. You will decide what the team builds, translate business priorities into product requirements, make technical and commercial trade-offs, and lead execution with engineering and design in Bengaluru. The role requires depth in device management, endpoint security, operating-system policy, and hardware logistics, along with the ability to align product leadership in the US around the roadmap.

Product Design Lead

As Product Design Lead at Rippling, you will own the end-to-end design of the HRIS product, the system of record that underpins every other product on the platform. You will work directly with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate multi-layered enterprise complexity into workflows that are fast, intuitive, and error-proof. The role demands strong information architecture, systems thinking, and the judgment to make high-stakes design calls independently. You will report to the Director of Design based in the US and collaborate daily with the HRIS product and engineering team in Bengaluru.
