Mahesh Suthar is a talent and company-building leader with experience across Rippling, Unacademy, Headout. His work spans executive hiring, recruiting systems, and the operating needs of fast-growing teams.

At Rippling, he has helped build the India organization through a period of substantial growth. The developer population grew from about 30 to 600, while the product management team grew from zero to 30.

He has personally hired much of the India leadership team and helped establish the talent base behind an organization that builds about half of Rippling's product portfolio.
