Mahendra B is a Senior Product Manager who got into product by building things first: Android developer at IDrive, then a logistics startup from zero, then an MBA at IIM Ahmedabad. He has since built consumer, platform and internal products across fintech, commerce, logistics and infrastructure.

At Paytm he was part of the Consumer Loyalty charter and launched a loyalty program to 10 million users. At Paytm Money he built a scalable subscription system from scratch, a layer any product in the ecosystem could monetise on. Subscription revenue doubled through experiments on plans, renewals and reactivation, and a pricing change added 25% more.

At Nextuple he built Capacity Edge as a configurable platform rather than one client's solution. A national furniture retailer went from 60% to 76% OTIF, and two more clients onboarded with no additional engineering. He also shipped the Order Orchestrator MVP for grocery and led Order Promising for one of the UK's largest grocery chains.

He is now at ARIS (ArisInfra Solutions), where he owns Supply Operations: weighbridge integration, truck telematics and plant utilisation. ARIS holds no plants of its own, so the business runs on seeing a supply chain it doesn't control. That used to happen over phone calls and Excel. Now 13,500 dispatches a month across 9 plants are tracked live, and the next piece generates challans off the weighbridge to take a 30 to 45 day lag out of billing. His first project there, the DaaS project health dashboard, went from greenfield to live on stage in a week.

He works AI-native in practice rather than as a tool list: his own data pulls, his own prototypes, his own design passes. He still builds on weekends. His view is that AI made the building part easy, and deciding what to build is still the hard part.
