Worked with the sharpest folks in the EV ecosystem and occasionally understood what was going on. Learnings: ECNs, 4680, vehicle lifecycle planning, strategic ambiguity and how not to look confused when someone says “BOM cost optimization.” Was asked to do it full-time, so apparently I looked less confused than I felt.

Learnings: UPI growth & retention, NLP based text to sql, user calling and everything credit score. Burned enough dollars on Cursor to graduate from “use SOTA for everything” to actually orchestrating open-source models and agent harnesses.

Learnt that enterprise AI is less “just call the API” and more observability, RBAC, cost panic, latency panic, and interoperability nightmares. Spent most days around GTM, enterprise sales, MCP, AI Gateway, and RAG systems that actually have to survive production.
