Designed UX for Business Award Management (BAM) on the Global Sourcing team, reducing award creation time by 30% and improving supplier engagement, response rates, and cross-functional data visibility. Led end-to-end redesign of Makro's Returns and Refunds journey (customer and associate-facing), addressing a process driving 10-12k monthly contact center calls and ~R6M in annual cost, targeting refund timelines under 7 days (from 7-30+) and a 30-40% reduction in status-check related calls. Designed and shipped a Seller Returns Dashboard, now live, giving 3P sellers visibility and control over return decisions for the first time, targeting a measurable reduction in the ~70% false rejection rate driving seller-customer conflicts. Designed the Last Mile Operations and Item Mapping/Inventory Management dashboards to reduce failed collections and improve courier and inventory accuracy, alongside a Replacement flow addressing CPA compliance risk and CSAT survey/comms flows to improve returns transparency. Ran design thinking workshops across product, ops, and store teams to align stakeholders and surface root causes behind seller rejections and refund delays.

Supported design system migration for Builders.co.za (Massmart, South Africa) through component-level redesign, improving visual consistency and interaction standards across a high-traffic consumer-facing e-commerce platform.
