The award creation flow had accumulated friction over time, slowing down a process that touched multiple teams and suppliers. He redesigned the flow end to end, focusing on reducing the steps required to create and finalize awards while improving the visibility of supplier engagement and response data across teams.
The redesign cut award creation cycle times by thirty percent and improved supplier engagement and response rates, as well as cross-functional data visibility for teams working across the sourcing process.
