At Singularium Technologies, he is building the interaction management vertical. His charter covers existing-project delivery, account growth, new business, and AI workflows for quality assurance, ticket automation, routing, and agent assistance.

At Vedantu, he worked with product and customer success teams to test support models for premium student cohorts. The work informed the expansion of a customer success organization to more than 200 agents and a roadmap for WhatsApp-based automation.
