As the Founding Product Designer at Perflo, you will own the design function end to end: from building the design language and system from scratch to shaping the product workflows that will take Perflo to its next stage. You will define the visual and interaction foundation, drive product design across the core platform, and extend your output to motion and marketing when the moment calls for it. The role asks for strong product design craft, genuine AI-tool fluency, and the range to cover whatever design surface the company needs. You will work directly with Sharad, the founder, and the engineering team.
