Growth Head

As Growth Head at GM Markets, you will own the full growth mandate: acquisition, activation, retention, and all vendor relationships across the platform. You will set the growth strategy across crypto-native and non-crypto channels, lead a three-person team, and hold P&L responsibility for growing the user base from its current base toward tens of millions. The role asks for hands-on execution alongside strategic oversight, and comfort operating where playbooks do not yet exist. You will report directly to the founder and lead the growth function end to end.
