About GM Markets
Most retail investors outside the US and Europe have no clean way to access global equities. Brokerage accounts are gated by geography, currency friction, and regulatory walls. GM Markets exists because that access gap is solvable: tokenize stocks and ETFs, put them on-chain, and let anyone trade them.
The product is live and launching. The platform lets users globally trade tokenized versions of real-world equities and ETFs, combining the liquidity of crypto rails with the familiarity of traditional financial instruments.
The company is Seed-stage, founder-led, and moving fast. The team is small, hands-on, and building at the intersection of fintech and crypto.
About the Role
As Growth Head at GM Markets, you will own the full growth mandate: acquisition, activation, retention, and all vendor relationships across the platform.
You will set the growth strategy across crypto-native and non-crypto channels, lead a three-person team, and hold P&L responsibility for growing the user base from its current base toward tens of millions. The role asks for hands-on execution alongside strategic oversight, and comfort operating where playbooks do not yet exist.
You will report directly to the founder and lead the growth function end to end.
What You'll Own
Full-funnel growth ownership. Acquisition, activation, and retention across crypto-native and traditional trader segments.
Crypto-native growth channels. KOL relationships, points and farming programs, co-marketing with protocols, and community-led distribution.
UGC and content engine. Oversee the content creation and distribution machine across AI influencers, clipping, whitelisting, and native channels.
Non-crypto trader acquisition. Trading competitions, PR and brand awareness campaigns, and SEO and programmatic landing page strategy.
Vendor and partner relationships. Own all tier-one relationships directly; manage the team on tier-two and tier-three execution.
Growth team leadership. Lead and grow a three-person team covering SEO, UGC, and content, and build the operating systems the function runs on.
You'll Be A Great Fit If
Run growth at a fast-moving consumer startup. You have owned acquisition and retention in a B2C product and can show what moved the numbers.
Operated in fintech or crypto. You understand the channel constraints, the gray-hat ecosystem, and how to grow within them.
Built or shipped something yourself. You have written code, deployed a tool, or built a workflow end to end, and you use AI agents as a matter of course.
Held P&L accountability. You have owned a budget and a growth number, not just a channel or a campaign.
Worked at founder pace. You have been a founder, a founding team member, or the first growth hire at a company that moved fast and had no safety net.
Comfortable in ambiguity. You have made calls without a playbook, built the system while running it, and stayed accountable to the outcome.
How We Work
Own the outcome, not the task. P&L responsibility is real here; the number is yours, not the founder's.
Use AI as a force multiplier. Deploy agents, automate workflows, and QC output with AI tools as a default, not an afterthought.
Work the gray edges. Know what is white-hat, what is gray-hat, and how to operate effectively across both in the crypto growth ecosystem.
Think in systems, move fast. Build the playbook while running the campaigns; the two happen at the same time here.
Lead from the front. Tier-one relationships are yours to own personally; the team handles execution beneath that.
Stay fully remote, fully accountable. The team is distributed; output and ownership are what get measured.

The Opportunity
Cash compensation in the range of ₹40L to ₹80L a year, depending on experience and fit. Equity of up to one percent is on the table, tied to performance.
