Anuj Rathi is a senior product and business leader with over fifteen years building and scaling consumer platforms across e-commerce, food delivery, fintech, and travel. He is currently co-founding Profound, an AI-native global professional operating system reimagining how professionals discover, connect, and create together.
At Profound, Anuj is leading the minus-one-to-zero journey: running user discovery, shaping the core profile product, and building the GTM motion for a beachhead of mid-career professionals at an inflection point.
At Swiggy, he spent seven years building the consumer product from the ground up, then led revenue, growth, and zero-to-one initiatives as SVP. He launched Swiggy One, one of India's best-run membership programs, and co-created the Swiggy HDFC credit card, which crossed 1.5 million cards within two years of launch.
At Cleartrip, he joined as Chief Business and Growth Officer with a turnaround mandate across 25 business lines. He grew GMV from 14,000 to 18,000 crores and cut annual costs from $65M to $40M in one year, while tripling hotel room nights from roughly 3,000 to 10,000 per day.
Anuj was Flipkart's first product manager, helping build the buyer experience from a books-only site to a multi-category platform during a period of roughly 100x growth.
