Aditi Narwekar is a strategy analyst and researcher with a background spanning consulting, consumer strategy, and market analysis. She holds a degree in psychology from Ashoka University and works at the intersection of qualitative research and strategic problem-solving.

She is currently a Business Analyst at Monitor Deloitte, working within the strategy practice on US-facing client engagements across financial services, energy, and consumer industries.

At Monitor Deloitte, she has owned end-to-end research across multiple engagements, including building creator activation frameworks for a major US sports league and developing digital platform acquisition and retention strategies. During her Deloitte internship, she led current state analysis for one of the five benchmarking countries for a healthcare industry engagement, assisting on expert interviews to fill gaps that secondary research could not address.

Earlier, she worked on marketing and partnership research at Stress Busters, a mental well-being startup, where she identified influencer collaboration opportunities and developed an online retail strategy.
