He also built automated loan approvals that reduced daily finance work from roughly nine hours to five minutes, and a WhatsApp payment flow that lifted collections by 5% to 10%. Earlier at LeadSquared, he progressed across support, analysis, and consulting while solving CRM and lending workflows for enterprise clients.
