Resulting in launch of 3 products, a $5M+ capital investment, and estimated first-year sales of $3.5M+ - Conducted primary and secondary market research and analyzed competitors’ efforts to define raw material procurement strategy for a Chinese pharmaceutical company with an annual purchase budget of $9M+ *We had an excellent opportunity to work with B2B/B2C startups in areas like in Retail, Food & Health on business development, MVP role out & operations.

- Redirected go-to-market strategy in Greater China for the company to deliver increase in revenue share - Identified and prioritized opportunities to improve product mix and to reduce order lead-time averages via re-structuring last mile logistics in NA and EU - Assisted on cross-border M&A and JV deals (valued at $250M) with analysis on product and market synergies; followed-up with due diligence on technical and product parameters - Created roadmap for process improvement program to deliver increased recovery; guided 6 teams, each lead by a site engineers, over 3 locations to deliver cost savings - Improved and maintained communication with national and global business units by implementing series of shared reports for production and sales planning.

On-site technical lead at the largest fully-integrated natural menthol and mint oil processing facility in the industry. - Facilitated key decision-making and actively participated in new construction efforts, including running-in and production of newly erected plants for processing natural Menthol and Mint Oils - Managed crew of 40 engineers, technicians, operators and assistants in remodeling process flow to increase plant utilization and availability - Re-engineered and implemented improved vacuum system for distillation facility

Based in Auroville International Township in South India, Centre for Scientific Research (CSR) was founded in 1984 to pursue and facilitate research on alternative energy technologies and products. Over the years, CSR has built up capacities for design, procurement, integration, management, installation and maintenance of renewable energy applications and services. During my internship we, - Designed, fabricated and tested various low-cost mechanical solar array MPPT systems. - Assisted in research and development of alternate energy concept vehicles and solar energy based low-cost community cooking media.
