Customer Growth Manager

As Customer Growth Manager at Serve Society, you will own the full customer lifecycle, from the first inbound lead to repeat enrolment and referral. You will manage every conversion touchpoint across Academies, Padel, Pickleball, HYROX, Pilates, and events, then build the outbound and retention systems that compound the base. The role asks for sharp communication, the ability to read different customer types, and the commercial instinct to act without a script. You will report directly to the founders and work on-site in Mumbai.
