Profound is building an AI Representation platform that acts as a genuine extension of a professional's presence, capability, and network, starting with the top 1%. The Chief of Staff is the default owner for all things Profound. Think of it as the switch-case-default in code: when a project needs a lead, when a process needs to exist, when an external relationship needs to be managed with care, this is the seat that picks it up. You will move across product, marketing, operations, and business development. You will interface with customers, investors, agencies, partners, and recruiters. You will work directly with both founders, every day. The first thirty days are about quick wins and earned trust: own two or three streams, show impact fast, and build the confidence that the company can now take on far more than it could before. The first year is about building the execution layer that compounds.
