As Engineering Manager, Backend at AppsForBharat, you will own the backend engineering pillar for Sri Mandir and the company's expanding product portfolio. You will lead the backend team end to end: architecture decisions, delivery, system reliability, and the engineering practices the team runs on. The role asks for hands-on technical depth in Golang and Python alongside the judgment to manage people, set standards, and ship at consumer scale. You will report to the VP of Engineering and work closely with product managers and the frontend and data engineering managers.
