Overview

I founded Nubod to explore AI-powered assessment for K-12 education. I integrated vision and language models, built a concept graph for learning outcomes, and launched the application on Google Play. It acquired 165 users in 90 days and stabilized at 45 monthly active users after month three.

The Story

I started Nubod to build a cognitive assessment product for K-12 education. The product aimed to automate parts of subjective grading and give students personalized feedback at a scale that manual review makes difficult.

I integrated Google Vision AI for assessment inputs and used Vertex AI to fine-tune a Gemini model with collected datasets. The work focused on improving accuracy, latency, and reliability. I also implemented GraphRAG with Neo4j to connect concepts, grading, and learning outcomes.

I took the product through launch on the Google Play Store. I owned the early go-to-market work and introduced engagement loops to encourage repeat use.

The application acquired 165 users within its first 90 days. After the third month, it stabilized at 45 monthly active users, with active users averaging eight minutes per session and 1.5 sessions per day.

The venture did not become a sustainable business, so I closed that chapter and joined Singularium. The work gave me direct experience building and launching an AI product rather than managing only the operating layer around one.
