Scaling Sales Quality Audits and Revenue at Mojocare

Ujjawal joined Mojocare's founder's office as Associate Director, reporting directly to the CEO in a company small enough that he sat close to every major decision.

He partnered with the founders on post-sales customer operations, running user research to write the business and product requirement documents that shaped what got built next. On the support side, he deployed Freshdesk to establish a 24-hour turnaround time for customer workflows.

On the sales side, he tested Convin's AI-powered speech-to-text analytics platform as a proof of concept for automating sales call audits, then scaled it to audit compliance across the sales team. He paired that with an overhaul of the inside sales communication stack, integrating telephony systems including Ameyo and Telenatix.

Those changes boosted customer satisfaction by 480 basis points and contributed to a 3x quarter-on-quarter revenue expansion. Unlike some of his earlier stints, Ujjawal stayed at Mojocare long enough to see this work land, in large part because his proximity to the CEO let him move without the delay of extra layers.
