Overview
In my first 45 days at Singularium, I restarted a client project that had been stalled for about a year. I clarified customer requirements, added execution cadence, and built three-month roadmaps for existing accounts. The next phase is converting account expansion and new-business work into revenue.
The Story
I joined Singularium to build the interaction management vertical, with responsibility for client acquisition, delivery, and P&L growth. The company develops AI-enabled workflows for areas such as quality assurance, ticket automation, routing, and real-time agent assistance.
One client project had been stalled for about a year. I reviewed the situation at a high level and saw that progress depended on better customer interaction and clearer decision-level input.
I reopened the customer conversation and translated lower-level data requests into clearer director-level requirements. That reduced the burden on the founders and gave the delivery team a more actionable path forward.
I also took charge of existing work across feature development, bug resolution, and change requests. For each project in my scope, I created a three-month roadmap focused on delivery and potential account expansion.
On new business, I mapped target accounts in insurance, lending and collections, and BPO environments where call-quality review remains heavily sampled. Early discovery confirmed that automated quality assurance addresses a real problem, but paid pilots and new accounts were still pending at the time of the conversation.
The current work is to build a lean outbound motion, improve delivery capacity, and turn the account roadmaps into profitable growth.
