Vasu Guptta is an investment analyst and venture researcher with close to three years of experience in early-stage investing, startup evaluation, and deep tech thesis building. He works at the intersection of investment research, primary market intelligence, and ecosystem development, with a focus on frontier and strategic technologies.

He currently leads the Frontier and Strategic Tech thesis at India Accelerator, covering AI infrastructure, semiconductors, quantum technologies, and industrial automation.

He built the frontier tech thesis from scratch, reshaping the firm's investment approach from enterprise software toward IP-led deep tech. The portfolio expanded from 4 to 21 companies under this mandate.

He has evaluated over 1,400 startups, participated in due diligence on 40 to 50 investment opportunities, and led primary research across quantum algorithms, photonics-based semiconductors, and AI infrastructure.

Earlier, as Entrepreneur in Residence at India Accelerator, he supported early-stage B2B SaaS startups on fundraising, GTM, and ecosystem development.
