Shivanshu Mishra is an early-stage investment analyst with a background spanning engineering, finance, and strategy. He holds a B.Tech from Institute of Engineering and Technology Indore, an MBA in Finance from IIM Raipur, and completed an international finance program at IPADE, Mexico.
He currently works at SIIC, IIT Kanpur, running the end-to-end investment lifecycle across government-backed seed programs and Private Capital through VC, Angel Network and Family offices.
At SIIC, he deployed 15-20 crores across deep-tech, defence, SaaS, Biotech ,ConsumerTech and agritech startups under programs including Exim bank Ubharte sitare, SIDBI iDEX and ONGC-backed funds. He evaluated 100+ startups, built investment memos and valuation reports for IC decisions, and conducted one-on-one founder assessments.
Prior to IIT Kanpur, he worked at Cognizant as a Programming Analyst on the MGM Resorts account, where he managed data operations, client financials, and system optimization across development and deployment teams.
