Rushank is a sector research analyst with experience across renewables, e-mobility, real estate, and emerging markets. He has worked across EY, AWR Lloyd, and Deloitte, building research across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

He currently works at Deloitte ICC, supporting international consulting projects for Deloitte Canada and Deloitte UK across infrastructure, real estate, and M&A research assignments.

At AWR Lloyd, he contributed to a USDA-funded market entry study on the Indian hemp sector, running primary interviews with Indian industry players and cross-validating market sizing against secondary data.

He also led field research across Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore for an EV two-wheeler study, benchmarking cities, segmenting consumers, and surfacing on-the-ground insights that shifted the client's assumptions about adoption drivers.
