Riddhim Sehgal is a research and investment analyst with experience spanning clean energy technology, climate policy, and early-stage venture. He has worked across a nonprofit think tank and a nonprofit incubator-investor, building research and deal evaluation skills in deep-tech sectors.
Most recently at Social Alpha, he worked in the Founder's Office as part of the Innovation for Sustainable Futures program, evaluating applications and running investment due diligence on deep-tech energy ventures.
At CEEW's Technology Futures team, Riddhim was the sole analyst covering wind energy, mapping India's wind manufacturing supply chain component by component. He identified specific capability gaps, cost barriers, and sourcing dependencies that challenged the official indigenization narrative.
Earlier at CEEW's Clean Air team, he conducted a systematic literature review on horticulture waste management, building the evidence base for a policy recommendation matrix for urban local bodies across India.
