Parth Kwatra is an Investment Analyst with experience spanning M&A, financial restructuring, and portfolio research across Singapore and India.

He currently works within the investments team at Nadathur Estates, where his focus is on the portfolio management.

Previously, he worked on restructuring and turnaround mandates at KordaMentha and M&A deal evaluation at Bold Investment Co. and Audit Alliance.

He also brings early-career equity research experience from SGM Advisors, where he developed a foundation in fundamental stock analysis.

Parth holds an MSc in Finance from Singapore Management University.
