Moin Chunawala is a Chartered Accountant and credit research analyst with experience across private credit, hedge fund reporting, and investment analysis. He has worked across Northern Arc Capital, Morgan Stanley, and KPMG, building a foundation in deal origination, sector research, and financial analysis.

Currently an Associate at Northern Arc Capital, he owns the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, credit research, investment note preparation, IC presentation, and covenant negotiation.

At Northern Arc, he ran end-to-end credit analysis across sectors including EV lending, water purification, and gems and jewelry, preparing investment notes that directly shaped portfolio decisions.

At Morgan Stanley, he prepared financial statements for major hedge funds including Coatue and Tiger Global, including liquidating statements for Melvin Capital during the GameStop short squeeze.

Earlier, he completed his articleship at KPMG India, where he built his foundation in financial rigor under the pressure of CA training.
