Kartik Sodhi is a private markets professional with three years of experience across startup fundraising and institutional fund placement. He has worked both sides of the capital stack, from early-stage investor relations to APAC-focused fund placement for global managers across venture capital, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate.
He currently works at Finex Hong Kong, a private placement firm, where he manages LP relationships and coordinates fundraising activity for global fund managers across South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
At Bespoke Connections, he screened and onboarded fund managers, ran outreach to institutional and HNI investors, and managed the full selection pipeline as an Associate in Manager Selection.
Earlier, at a boutique startup consulting firm, he owned end-to-end fundraising mandates for early-stage companies, including closing 75 lakhs for Pets of Paradise by structuring their investor narrative and matching them with the right HNI investors.
