Apoorv Sharma is a finance professional with experience across equity research, operational restructuring, financial modeling, and valuation. He is an MBA graduate from MDI Gurgaon and is currently working in the Debt & Special Situations team at EY, where he supports operational restructuring engagements through financial analysis, cash flow assessment, claim validation, due diligence, and restructuring strategy.

Prior to EY, he interned with CLSA as an Equity Research Intern, covering the IT and Capital Goods sectors. His work included financial modeling, valuation, earnings analysis, industry research, and preparing investment recommendations and research reports.

During his MBA, he served as an Investment Coordinator at Unnati, India's largest student-run investment fund, where he managed equity portfolios and led sector research across multiple industries.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Grant Thornton, contributing to cross-border independence and compliance projects while supporting pilot initiatives for member firms across Norway, Australia, Belgium, and Germany.

Apoorv is also a National Winner of the CFA Institute Research Challenge, where his team developed and presented a comprehensive investment thesis on Delhivery. His core interests lie in equity research, valuation, and investment analysis.
