Ankita Pandey is a financial analyst with an MBA in Finance and a background spanning credit underwriting, equity research, and financial due diligence. She currently works in financial risk and underwriting at Efficient Capital Labs, where she evaluates SaaS companies end-to-end.

At Efficient Capital Labs, she owns the full underwriting cycle: financial analysis, banking triangulation, and contract verification. She presents investment recommendations to the CEO and risk leadership daily, and recently led a prequalification automation initiative that is now in active development.

Previously, she completed an equity research internship at Finoability and a live project at Grivaa Capital, where she built her foundation in DCF valuation, peer analysis, and sector research.

She has independently researched Premier Energies Limited, building a capacity-utilization-based forecast model for the Indian solar sector.
