Akshayveer Singh Rathore is a strategy and research consultant with a background in urban planning, sustainability, and policy analysis. He spent two years as an Associate at PwC India, working across urban infrastructure, waste management, climate policy, and emerging sectors.

He currently works as an independent urban planning consultant, advising on research-led strategy across infrastructure and sustainability mandates.

At PwC, he led sector diagnostics and business diversification strategy for a client entering the vehicle scrapping and tire recycling sector, mapping the full value chain and identifying downstream waste stream opportunities that shifted the client's strategic direction.

His toolkit spans market research, competitive benchmarking, policy and regulatory assessment, financial modeling, GIS, and Power BI, with core domain depth in circular economy, WASH, and urban governance.
