• Track and validate market transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity (PE) deals, VC funding rounds, and capital offerings ensuring accurate, real-time updates to proprietary deal database. • Source and analyse deal intelligence from press releases, regulatory filings (ROC filings, stock exchange disclosures), news portals, and government publications to identify disclosure patterns and categorize transaction data. • Evaluate pre-money and post-money valuations of companies involved in funding rounds and strategic deals. • Perform portfolio checks and deal validations for leading advisory and law firms in the Indian financial ecosystem. • Support an AI-powered event classification pipeline by resolving edge cases and processing exceptions requiring manual intervention ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the content generation workflow. • Conduct quality-control reviews of input documents, verifying property categorisation, tagging, and extraction accuracy across the pipeline before publication. • Identify and correct data inconsistencies on the platform to enhance data reliability and reporting accuracy. • Conduct in-depth secondary research on industries, companies, deals & transactions, and investor profiles to generate actionable insights. • Collaborate with editorial and engineering teams to resolve data issues; document workflows and best practices as SOPs. • Track content processing state, generate usage and generation reports, and maintain detailed logs of content issues and resolutions using internal tracking tools.
