Aditya Sharma is an early-career investment researcher with experience spanning angel networks and venture capital, focused on deep tech sectors including defense, space, and emerging technology.
He is currently an Investment Associate at ValleyNXT Ventures, where he owns deal evaluation end to end, from sourcing and primary research to investment memo preparation and post-investment coordination.
At ValleyNXT, he built the investment thesis for Social Hardware, an unmanned ground vehicle company, and helped drive a healthy exit within roughly eighteen months. He also led primary validation for Astrophil Aerospace, conducting expert interviews with a senior ISRO scientist and designing investor surveys to assess appetite for an early-stage space tech bet.
Previously at The Venture Guys, he ran sector research across defense tech, mapping procurement cycles, budget trends, and policy shifts to support startup onboarding and investor outreach decisions.
