Aditya Behere is a product, growth, and consulting professional who has spent the last six years building from zero across startups, coaching programs, and consulting engagements. He joined Upraised as its first full-time employee and Product Lead, growing alongside the company from zero to 60 employees and zero to $2M in annualised revenue over five years.

At Upraised, Aditya designed and scaled flagship career-transition programs that helped more than 100 people land product management roles at companies including CRED, Meesho, Razorpay, Swiggy, and IndiaGold. His work spanned product, marketing, operations, learning design, and assessment, giving him a cross-functional view of what it takes to build a business from scratch.

Since leaving Upraised, Aditya has worked as a consultant and operator across multiple ventures. He co-founded Catapult, led product and growth at InstaHeadshots, and consulted for StampMyVisa and Every Inc. on product management and growth strategy. He has also built a six-figure coaching and consulting business and has been invited to speak at ISB Hyderabad three years running.
