Abhishek Bhatia is an early-career research analyst working at the intersection of agriculture, bioenergy, and clean energy transition in India. He holds a master's degree with a research focus on agroforestry systems and brings hands-on primary research experience across biomass supply chains and sustainable aviation fuel.
He is currently a Research Analyst at Ohayo Green Energy, consulting for one of the world's two largest aviation conglomerates on SAF infrastructure feasibility and supply chain intelligence in India.
At Ohayo, he conducted primary field research across farmers, biomass aggregators, and OMC-connected stakeholders to map India's SAF readiness. He formed a grounded view on ATJ as the most viable SAF pathway for India, backed by ethanol surplus data and primary conversations with industry participants.
Previously at Bio Trend Energy, he supported market research and state-level infrastructure analysis for biomass co-firing initiatives supplying NTPC.
