Automate Backtest Engine: Designed and implemented the historical backtesting platform to simulate automated strategies against historical market data (Equity Cash & F&O). Engineered high-throughput processing pipelines to compute performance analytics (Max Drawdown, Win Rate, Profit Factor, Net/Gross P&L with slippage modeling).
1) Led the backend development for Fyers Automate, a no-code platform that lets people automate their trading strategies without needing to write code. Using Golang and Temporal, I built a distributed system that stays reliable and handles heavy traffic during busy market hours. I also optimized our infrastructure, which helped us cut down on costs while keeping the platform fast. I managed the whole project from the first line of code all the way to launch. 2)Built a 50-level market depth feature using Flutter that works seamlessly across both web and mobile. It handles real-time data incredibly fast, refreshing every 300ms with zero lag so traders get updates the moment they happen
1. Implemented a company-wide observability platform using Open telemetry, Clickhouse, and Grafana . This reduced debugging time for customer issues and proactive monitoring, resulting in faster resolution for our customer base. The observability platform boasts logs, metrics, and dashboards to give a bird’s eye view and detailed information according to stakeholder’s needs. 2. Revamped the symbol search feature by designing and implementing custom fuzzy logic, reducing search time from 5 seconds to 30 milliseconds. This overhaul significantly enhanced the user experience and achieved an 80% reduction in search infrastructure costs and resource usage. 3. Designed and implemented the Smart Exit feature across both the backend (Go) and frontend (Flutter), enabling customers to efficiently manage their positions by setting stop-losses and booking profits based on real-time PnL. 4. Developed multiple order placement APIs, including Reverse Position for options, Multi-Leg Order, Option Chain backend functionality for scalping, Quick Trade, and Market Protection Price logic, all designed to deliver a faster and more seamless trading experience for users.
