As Product Manager at Profound, you will own the hiring manager surface end-to-end, from the matching experience to the self-serve hiring funnel. You will move the surface from a concierge-assisted model to a fully self-serve product, tune the matching logic for quality, and ship hiring manager features at high iteration speed. The role asks for sharp judgment on when to trust customer feedback over data, and the agency to unblock yourself and drive outcomes without a playbook. You will work directly with the founding team and collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM.
