At Rippling, Arjun leads engineering work on benefits systems. The current focus includes scalable architecture, AI-enabled capabilities, and support for multi-entity PEO use cases.

As VP of Engineering at Licious, Arjun led more than 60 engineers and product team members. The work spanned consumer experiences, inventory, logistics, cold-chain systems, and farm-to-fork traceability.
