Consulting on growth, SEO and auxiliary products during my stint with FC we were able to achieve 16x growth in Page Views 12x growth in Adsense Revenue

Solving for vertical SaaS needs of the Indian SMB market which were underserved by traditional ERP players. We bootstrapped a team of 8 to launch a cloud based solution for Gold/Silver jewellery market. We underestimated the regulatory concerns around taxation (especially in jewellery sector) and chose not to scale beyond MVP. Closed in Feb'24. DM in case to get our learnings about the sector.

Worked largely on solving monetisation for Creators and launched creator led video commerce on Moj which was first of its kind experiment in India where Moj and Flipkart partnered for deep integration to solve for social commerce. Left Sharechat in December'22 to pursue my own venture.

HPF (Acquired by Sharechat) Co-founded HPF Films, a media startup to build a vernacular content engine. We Bootstrapped the company to $1Mn ARR and 65+ employees. Produced 4000+ videos in 12 regional languages and created a network of 100+ artists throughout the country for clients like Sharechat, Glance, Nestaway etc.
