The Story

During his time at Alehar, Zachariah built and maintained the valuation infrastructure that underpinned client advisory work across a broad client base.

His core toolkit was DCF and relative valuation models, built to assess business performance, unit economics, and capital allocation decisions. Alongside the models, he ran peer benchmarking exercises that gave clients a structured view of where they stood relative to comparable businesses.

The work was not theoretical. Each model fed into a live client context, whether a fundraising process, a growth initiative, or a capital allocation decision. The outputs had to be defensible in front of client leadership, which meant the assumptions and the structure had to hold up under scrutiny.

Across healthcare, consumer, food, aviation, and distribution clients, he developed a working fluency in applying the same analytical framework to businesses with very different unit economics and market dynamics.
