The Story
Zachariah joined Alehar as a Corporate Finance, M&A and Fundraising Analyst, supporting fractional CFO and leadership teams across more than ten clients spanning healthcare, consumer, food, aviation, and distribution.
The core of his work was turning dense financial and market inputs into structured outputs that leadership could act on. He built and maintained DCF and relative valuation models, alongside peer benchmarking frameworks used to assess business performance, unit economics, and capital allocation decisions.
Beyond the models, he authored investment memos and analytical decks that synthesized financial, market, and business insights to support growth initiatives, strategic priorities, and fundraising and transaction processes. These were not internal documents; they fed directly into client leadership discussions and decision-making.
He also translated qualitative and quantitative research into structured insight for client presentations, handling the full arc from raw inputs to a clear recommendation. Alongside the client work, he mentored interns and new joiners, contributed to hiring through screening and interviews, and supported marketing and branding ideation for the firm.
