The Story

Tamilarasi took on a solo research workstream at Frost & Sullivan focused on a fintech company the team was tracking. The brief required her to own the full pipeline: from getting the client engaged, through research and primary interviews, to a synthesized written report delivered to the internal delivery team.

She started by onboarding the client: making initial contact, aligning on the scope and shape of the report, and getting them committed to the process. From there, she ran both secondary research and a primary interview with the company's management team, gathering qualitative insight that went beyond what public sources could provide.

Throughout the process, she kept her senior manager informed at each stage, communicating progress, flagging dependencies, and managing the timeline across multiple stakeholders with competing availability. When scheduling conflicts between the client and her senior manager threatened to delay the project, she proactively drove alignment to keep the workstream on track.

The final output was a synthesized research report delivered to the internal delivery team, with findings drawn from both primary and secondary sources.
