The Story

Siddharth was part of the team at The Hub Bengaluru, a marketing SaaS platform with a combined social media reach of around 10 million monthly impressions across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. His role involved identifying companies that could benefit from the platform's personal branding and visibility services.

He identified ITW, one of India's largest sports management companies, as a strong prospect. Despite its scale and track record, ITW had limited public visibility, and its founder was not an active presence on professional platforms. Siddharth saw a clear gap: the company was well-positioned for a Series B raise but lacked the founder visibility that would make it more attractive to investors and clients.

He researched the company from the ground up: reviewing the founder's public presence, mapping ITW's client portfolio, and understanding the audience segments the company was trying to reach. He used an existing client relationship to secure an introduction to the founder.

With that access, he built a full pitch deck that laid out ITW's current visibility problem, proposed a three-to-six-month personal branding roadmap for the founder, and tied the expected outcomes to ITW's fundraising and client acquisition goals.

After several months of follow-up and iteration, ITW signed on. The engagement was structured as a two-year deal. Siddharth's internship ended before the full engagement ran its course, but the client conversion was completed during his tenure.
