Shovan leads the Finology 30 product, a flagship basket of 30 stock recommendations delivered to over 30,000 paid subscribers. He owns the full research cycle independently: generating the investment thesis, presenting to the investment committee for approval, conducting channel checks, speaking with investor relations teams, running ground surveys, and delivering the final recommendation.

Managing three to four research workstreams in parallel is the standard operating mode. At any given time, he might be running a commodity call alongside a sector rotation analysis and a portfolio rebalancing recommendation, each at a different stage of completion and each with its own deadline.

His approach to managing competing timelines is structured. He breaks each research project into micro-phases, allocates time blocks to each, and builds in a five-day buffer before every external deadline to absorb late-breaking data or peer review requirements. He targets delivery five days ahead of the stated deadline as a standing practice.

Across more than 30 initiating coverage reports and multiple quarterly and annual updates, he has developed a writing style calibrated for retail investors: jargon-free, structured around the business model, the competitive position, the valuation rationale, and the key risks, written so that a non-finance reader can take an actionable decision without needing to decode the language.
