During her internship at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Sejal worked in the wealth department and was given direct ownership of financial planning for individual clients.
For each client, she started by mapping their current financial position against their stated goals, which spanned short-term, medium-term, and long-term horizons. No two plans were identical; each required a fresh read of the client's situation and a tailored allocation across investment products, insurance coverage, and asset classes.
She built multiple complete financial plans independently, each structured to show the client a clear path from their current state to their goals. The plans were not handed off to a senior for completion; she owned them end to end.
All clients received and acted on the plans. They invested in the recommended assets and continued following the plans after the internship concluded.
