Overview
Transcom was in the process of transitioning a workflow previously owned by another corporation into its own operations. As part of that transition, the client needed a detailed review of how the new software was performing at the ground level: what was working, where the roadblocks were, and what improvements should be made before the broader workforce came on.
The Story
Transcom was in the process of transitioning a workflow previously owned by another corporation into its own operations. As part of that transition, the client needed a detailed review of how the new software was performing at the ground level: what was working, where the roadblocks were, and what improvements should be made before the broader workforce came on.
The client specifically requested that the feedback come from an L1 agent, the level at which Sanjeevni was working, because they wanted to understand the real operational experience, not a filtered management view.
Sanjeevni conducted the review and presented her findings live on a client call with the German-based client. She demonstrated the software in real time, walked through the specific points of friction she had encountered, and presented her recommendations for process improvements. Her framing was grounded in the logic that if she was facing these issues, her peers would face them too, making the feedback representative rather than individual.
Following the live call, she submitted a detailed written document covering the same findings and recommendations. The client acknowledged her contribution formally.
